Having completed engineering from the reputed National Institute of Technology, he worked in the field of Metallurgy for over 20 years and held responsible positions in companies like Mahindra and Toyota. He is experienced in Commercial Heat Treatment Process and it's Quality Control, Failure Analysis, Furnace Manufacturing, Conducting Supplier/ Process/ Special Purpose Audits and is certified Six Sigma Belt from American Society for Quality.
