We have the following facilities at our Plant to offer heat treatment services

1. Gas Carburising Furnace with working diameter 600mm and depth 1200mm with Oxy probe

2. Tempering furnace with working diameter 600mm and depth 1200mm

3. Salt Bath Furnace with working diameter 600mm and depth 1000mm

4. Oil Quench Tank (7000 liter capacity)with agitator 

5. Pre cleaning, Rinsing and Quenching water tanks for salt bath furnace &

6. EOT Crane with 2 Tonne capacity
